Z performed in the Independent Regional A Class in Winter Guard International (WGI). They placed 2nd at the WGI Richmond Regional and took 1st Place at the WGI Indianapolis Power Regional, the WGI Dayton Power Regional and the WGI Mid-South Regional Championships.

In 2011, Z was one of only two guards in the world to win their class in three WGI Regionals!
